Announced at a gala event held in Birmingham during this year’s kbb show, the award ‘highlights the important work done by the people who work for suppliers to the independent kitchen and bathroom retail network’.

The Virtual Worlds Sales were the proud recipients of the award, in recognition of their hard work and dedication to supporting their retail partners throughout the UK.

Customer service and support is always of the highest priority for the Virtual Worlds team, and never more so than during the past year, as retailers have navigated their way through the pandemic, calling on the latest digital and virtual technology like never before in an extremely demanding market.

Taking on extra work, much of it outside of their natural sales remit, the Virtual Worlds Sales team ensured that designers working on their clients’ kitchens and bathrooms were not doing so in isolation, delivering training, handling technical customer queries, negotiating financial relief and rolling out new licenses.
