Software and content solutions provider Cyncly has announced the appointments of Wynn Grubbs as general manager for Cyncly’s Flooring, Kitchen, Bathroom & Furniture for Retail (KBFr) solutions and Mark Lukianchuk as general manager for Cyncly Flooring solutions. Cyncly’s business units define the company’s strategy to deliver innovation for specific industries and customer segments.

Wynn brings over two decades of experience in high-growth SaaS companies, including experience supporting retailers through innovative software solutions including e-commerce, order management, point-of-sale, CAD and PLM systems. Most recently, he held multiple General Manager roles and Customer Success leadership positions at PTC.

As the head of Cyncly’s Kitchen, Bath and Furniture Retail solutions, Wynn will lead the strategy to serve designers and retailers. Cyncly solutions help these customers reach more consumers, design amazing spaces, and deliver error-free fulfilment. In the coming weeks, he will work closely with Gordon Bartels, who will transition away from day-to-day operational responsibilities as he takes on a strategic advisory role.

With deep experience serving retail customers, including both Enterprise and SMB customers, and product experience across multiple markets, Mark is well positioned to drive the Flooring business unit forward.
