Bathroom Brands Group has successfully acquired all assets related to Showerwall, previously in administration under FRP Advisory. This acquisition adds the Showerwall brand to the Group’s portfolio, which also includes Crosswater, Burlington, Britton, and Clearwater Interiors.

This acquisition aligns with Bathroom Brands Group’s ongoing strategy to curate a portfolio of design-led bathroom brands offering complete bathroom solutions. The inclusion of Showerwall expands its product range, enhancing market presence and providing even greater value to trade partners and consumers alike.

The deal was finalised on 26th September following the administration of International Decorative Surfaces (IDS), Showerwall’s parent company. The assets acquired include the head office and production facility in Stoke-on-Trent, intellectual property and existing stock. Additionally, 19 employees from Showerwall in production, sales, and marketing will transition to Bathroom Brands Group as part of the acquisition.

Showerwall will continue to operate as a division within Bathroom Brands Group from its existing Stoke-on-Trent facility. Commenting on the acquisition, Stephen Ewer, CEO of Bathroom Brands Group, expressed excitement about welcoming Showerwall, emphasising the solid cultural alignment and future growth opportunities.

Similarly, Alastair Massey, joint administrator and partner at FRP Advisory noted his satisfaction in securing a new home for Showerwall, recognising the shared vision between both parties.
