With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in HR leadership, Lynn brings a wealth of experience across the retail, distribution, and logistics sectors. Before joining PJH, she held senior HR roles at Culina Logistics and The Pallet Network (TPN), where she was instrumental in implementing strategic people plans, enhancing employee engagement, and driving cultural transformation. She has successfully led major projects, including HR system integrations and leadership development initiatives.
