Recently this has meant manufacturing its excellent sanitaryware using Bluemint steel which reduces its carbon output by 70 per cent and enables them to produce its luxurious, sustainable bathroom solutions and coining the term Luxstainable.

The most recent introduction is Superplan Zero a shower surface, which provides a completely floor-level finish. Superplan Zero, is totally flat to the floor, with zero steps, zero edges, and zero compromises. This makes it ideal for bathrooms in both the hotel and hospitality sector as well as for homebuilders. Developed by the award-winning Berlin product designer Werner Aisslinger the Superplan Zero maintains Kaldewei’s green credentials with its luxurious steel enamel base it is both durable and 100% recyclable.

Flat-to-floor shower surfaces are ideal for multi-generational families and especially for barrier-free bathrooms.
