KBB and merchant services provider, Simon Acres Group has launched a new series of online training.

The first online course will be available from Friday 11 December, covering customer engagement and sales. This one hour, KBB specific retail sales training is taken from content previously endorsed by OAL, and provides a foundation for more advanced training which will be released in January 2021.

The pre-recorded content, delivered by Simon Acres will cover best practice in customer engagement, understanding needs, objection handling techniques, how to agree the next stage and alternative options in closing the sale.

Simon Acres says, “The course is jam-packed with tips and advice that will provide smart solutions and help retailers achieve more profitable sales.

“The course is easy to access, with clear digestible modules and can be done at any time in the convenience of a student’s own home.”
