From 11th to 15th March, design, hygiene and clever solutions will once again be key for the Swiss bathroom brand Laufen at ISH, the world's leading trade fair for the bathroom in Frankfurt am Main. Two of the protagonists for Laufen (Hall 3.1, Stand B51) are the new bathroom collection "The New Classic" by Dutch star designer Marcel Wanders and the new shower toilet Cleanet Navia.
With the "The New Classic", Marcel Wanders has transformed Laufen's SaphirKeramik into a timeless, iconic shape that has the potential to become a bathroom classic. "The New Classic" heralds of bygone times, of poetry and romance, but identifies form and function in an absolutely contemporary way. Laufen and Wanders have added another chapter to the success story of SaphirKeramik. This fine material has become an indispensable part of current bathroom creations and is popular with bathroom professionals and consumers alike for its innovative shapes and typologies.
The Cleanet Navia shower toilet, on the other hand, is a comfortable upgrade of a convenient design toilet, from which it hardly differs in appearance. It convinces with simple, intuitive functions that focus on the core benefits of toilet hygiene with water, and a price tag that makes the added hygiene accessible to a wider range of buyers. Laufen has retained the customary, intuitive operating concept with a side-mounted rotary button for standard functions and an app for an extended range of functions for its new shower toilet.
In addition, the company has refined its established bathroom collections such as Sonar, Kartell by Laufen, Val and Laufen Pro as well as its faucets and bathroom furniture series with innovations in many areas and is presenting solutions for the digitalisation of public bathrooms. Retailers, craftsmen, architects and planners will find a broad and deep range of products at the Laufen booth at this year’s ISH, to meet the growing demand for complete, aesthetically pleasing and intelligent bathroom solutions.
