Kaldewei enjoyed another successful year at ISH 2019, Frankfurt. On its 750 m² stand Kaldewei demonstrated its sustainable material expertise with its 100% recyclable steel enamel shower surfaces, washbasins and baths.
Environmentally friendly manufacturer Kaldewei, showcased its sustainable steel enamel bathroom solutions along with an underwater virtual reality video (VR), highlighting the negative impact of plastics in our oceans. Thus, reinforcing how important sustainability and environmental protection is to the company.
The video was a visual representation of the plight of our oceans and links with Kaldewei’s partnership with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). Via VR, visitors immersed themselves in a unique underwater world and informed first-hand about Kaldewei’s support of the WWF marine conservation project in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta.
In keeping with the ISH 2019 colour trend, the award-winning innovative Nexsys shower surface exhibited its new customising options – now available in 17 colours and 20 dimensions, with 3 surface finishes and 5 stylish design covers offering around 5,000 possible combinations for individual bathroom design. Kaldewei Nexsys combines the best of two worlds – all the advantages of an enamelled shower surface with the modern design of a shower channel.
Four new surface colours for the high-end design cover accentuate the aesthetic appeal and quality of the exclusive waste channel. As well as brushed stainless steel, the cover is available in polished stainless steel, polished gold, brushed rose gold and alpine white.
Visitors also viewed Kaldewei’s international references, both residential and projects and an interactive Kaldewei Skin Touch demonstration within a freestanding Meisterstueck Centro Duo Oval bath. Kaldewei Skin Touch offers an exhilarating cosmetic bathing experience with a rejuvenating effect – releasing micro sized air bubbles into the water that are up to 100 times smaller than the bubbles of a conventional whirl system.
