JIS Europe Ltd. has launched a new offering under its Sussex Range of heated towel rails. The Rye Tilting Rail has been designed to resemble a sleek, ultra modern ladder, leaning casually and lightly against the wall in a clever design twist. The spaced out slats are wide enough to accommodate plump, fluffy towels, negating the problem of trying to force towels between small gaps.
Available in three different heating formats: electric only, dual fuel and/or solely utilized with central heating, the rails are also suitable for open plumbing systems.
Measuring 1800mm x 520mm – tapering to 300mm at the top, the JIS element is constructed from 100% stainless steel, with a built in thermostat to prevent the rail from becoming too hot. With a BTU rating of 1878, the rail consumes just 550 Watts; each one is manufactured with standard 1/2” BSP tappings and is pressure tested to 12 Bar.
All Rye towel rails are hand finished and offered in a choice of satin or a highly polished steel surface.
Fabricated from 100% 304 grade stainless steel, including the brackets (of which over 90% is from recycled sources) the steel is also 100% recyclable at end of life. The no chemical plating process ensures the rails will not rust, flake or corrode and small marks can simply be polished out. JIS offers a no-quibble 25 year guarantee.
The recommended retail price is just £449.50 + VAT, while the design of JIS’s new Rye Tilting Rail ensures there is sufficient space to keep the
