Three contrasting Caesarstone quartz surfaces feature in the interiors of the Bear and Star restaurant, located at the Fess Parker Winery and Vineyard in Southern California.
The restaurant features a beautiful chef’s table at its heart, finished with a Caesarstone worktop in the colour Noble Grey. The colour Sleek Concrete was specified for the U-shaped bar.
The worktop was selected as it offers a tangible material for patrons, encouraging them to gravitate towards and physically interact with the surface. It is also impervious to scratches and stains and is non-porous making it the perfect bar top material.
The restaurant is owned by Eli Parker, son of the American film actor that gives the winery its name, and opened in early 2017 offering farm-to-table ranch dining in beautiful Los Olivos.
Parker described the selection of Caesarstone worktops for the restaurant interiors as “obviously the natural choice,” praising the wide range of colours and finishes.
