New features in the latest 2020 Fusion design software v7 update significantly enhance the rendering user experience.
The 2020 Fusion v7 is equipped with high-quality ‘Publish’ rendering, ‘multi-point’ 360° panoramas, the ability to save and recall post-processing effects, and enhancements to design annotations.
The newly added ‘Publish’ render option in 2020 Fusion v7 incorporates image refinement, soft reflections and soft shadows, offering users crisp and realistic representations of their designs.
2020 Fusion v7 also delivers enhanced ‘multi-point’ 360° panoramas to allow designers to showcase each design from different viewpoints within the same published URL. This feature will help users to show off long, complex or unusual layouts.
“The latest release underlines 2020’s wholehearted commitment to the continuous delivery of a wide range of powerful visual tools to our customers,” says 2020 Fusion Product Manager Jim Smalley. “All of the exciting enhancements will undoubtedly make a real difference to the sales and presentation process for all 2020 Fusion designers.”
With the new design software, designers will also be able to save and recall specific post-processing configurations in the newest version of 2020 Fusion, using functionality similar to the ‘Styles’ interface in Microsoft Word.
With the latest improvements made to the dimensioning and annotation tools in 2020 Fusion, designers now have the ability to define custom colours for manual annotations, define separate default options for automatic and manual annotations, and modify auto-dimension and auto-annotation font sizes for existing designs.
Finally, the application’s new dedicated Help ribbon – consistent with that of Microsoft Office 2016 – demonstrates 2020’s ongoing commitment to provide its customers with a comprehensive range of support, training and reference materials that is never more than a click away.
